Paarl, 28 December 2023: Royals Sports Group-owned SA20 franchise Paarl Royals has announced the extension of their association with the largest radio station in the Greater Paarl Valley, KC107.7 as the team's official radio partner for the second season of SA20.
After the success of the first season where the two brands came together to produce engaging activations and giveaways for fans based in the Paarl region, the second season of South Africa's explosive T20 league is expected to deliver similar experiences to the Royals' supporters and KC107.7's listeners.
Based out of the picturesque Boland Park, Paarl Royals feature some of the best experienced South African talent with skipper David Miller, pacer Lungi Ngidi, spinner Tabraiz Shamsi and all-rounder Andile Phehlukwayo set to feature for the franchise. The quartet was seen representing the Proteas in their recent white ball series against India.
The team also includes six overseas players with English T20 World Cup-winning captain Jos Buttler, top-order batter Jason Roy, pacer John Turner, West Indian duo of Obed McCoy and Fabian Allen, along with Irishman Lorcan Tucker.
The franchise has also secured a solid core of South African players, with the likes of Dane Vilas, Bjorn Fortuin, Mitchell van Buuren, Wihan Lubbe, Ferisco Adams, Evan Jones, and Codi Yusuf donning the Royals’ colours this season.

Paarl Royals kick start their second season of SA20 on 12th January 2024 against Pretoria Capitals at Boland Park.
